Alone Again

An abandoned alpine hut located at the beautiful Obersee in Berchtesgaden Nationalpark.

This is the eastern shore of the lake. Here the lake is flooded by meltwater. To get there we were dropped off by boat after a one hour tour over the Königssee; then hiked up another two hours to this awesome place. In the background you see some impressive snow covered peaks (2000m - 2500m).
